I was referred to Ray by a friend who had a good experience with him. He has great knowledge of the process and was very helpful to me as a first time home buyer. In a competitive market like San Diego, and during the pandemic he got the job done. With 4 other offers on the table Ray said “I know exactly what to do to get the seller to accept our offer”, and he delivered on that. After running into many problems and beginning to lose hope he was able to get the seller to help out with closing costs to the get the deal completed. I never felt pressured with him and in the end it worked out better than expected.
