I had the pleasure of working with Ray Bader for the sale of a property we had in San Diego. I initially meet Ray Bader almost two years ago when I asked him to help list a property we had in Chula Vista. To put it lightly, the experience we had in listing the property was far from ordinary. Throughout all the trials and tribulations that followed, Ray was always polite, professional and showed great customer service. Ray not only helped in managing the property, he patiently worked with our difficult tenants and provided us sound advice throughout it all. Due to unforeseen issues, the property was removed from the market in Spring 2014. When we decided to list it again, we called him to help us out. I can say undoubtedly that very very very few real estate agents will show the level of kindness and sincerity that Ray Bader has shown me throughout these last two years. I am very pleased with the overall experience I had in working with him. He was able to provide great customer service and helped me in earning the most for our property that we listed.

I strongly believe Ray should be commemorated for what he has endured from my real estate transaction. On a personal level, his great sense of humor made our life stressors seam meaningless and that was also much appreciated.

Ray and Linda handled the sale of our home recently in Chula Vista, and to say we are just satisfied clients is not quite true, we are SUPER SATISFIED with these two agents who always went 100% plus in all dealing we had with the sale.

We contacted Ray and Linda in February advising them the house would be up for sale in March, after we moved to a Retirement Home. From the first meeting with them, they came prepared with estimates, previous sales in area, problems that might occur during inspections etc...We were fully informed on all subjects.

In this economy, my husband and I realized that the properly might sit for a few months, didn't! Within days after the sign went up, we had our first offer and we kept getting offers until the final one that we accepted. Ray and Linda did such a good job of getting the house advertised that we had agents from many companies daily showing the property.

Ray made the termite inspection and work, and the house inspection arrangements for us; making this one of the easiest business project we have ever been involved in...Everything was taken care of efficiently and on time.

Most real estate sales have some bumps along the way…but not this one….it was all made very EASY for us, but I know it was very easy for us because a lot a hard work and time was involved for Ray and Linda.

One of the most annoying things for me in business is not to have people return calls…so this was a pleasure to do business with Ray and Linda…always returned a call and called on a regular basis to keep us informed. Even if nothing was happening…to keep us informed meant a great deal.

I would these two to anyone wanting honest, informed, professional, very nice and pleasant people to be with and made the selling of our home a comfortable and stress experience for us.

And an important part of the sale is… we received a fair and good price for our property.

In today’s business world, it is a rare treat to do business with people of Ray and Linda’s caliber… They are the best.

Dear Sirs,

Honesty, integrity, perseverance and professionalism are the most appropriate words to use when describing Mr. Ray Bader.

Like many others during these times of uncertainty, and a fast declining market we were faced with the decision of putting our home up for short sale. This decision did not come easy. However, having Ray on our side made this transaction a lot easier for our family.

During this period of time short sales were taking over six months to be completed. He quickly moved and our short sale was completed within 3 months.

As the finalization of our sale got closer, Mr. Bader went out of his way to also help us find a rental property suitable for us and for this we are eternally grateful.

A few months after being settled in our new home, we had to face the harsh reality the market was continuing to decline and once again forced to face yet another short sale. This time it was not as easy. Our investment property had obstacles beyond our control that prevented a smooth transaction. However, Ray was willing to go the extra mile and all the while helping us to stay positive during these trial times. He successfully completed the short sale and has now given us the opportunity to move on and the hope to someday be able to own a home again.

In the Customer Service field, true success comes from the heart.  With this said, I highly recommend Ray Bader to anyone seeking assistance in every aspect of the Real State field.

Dear Bader Family,
Little did I know how much you would help me and my family when I ran into Zizi one morning and she mentioned her "real estate connection" when I said I wanted to sell my condo. And the help didn't stop when I left San Diego.

Ray, I don't know how to properly thank you for making a connection in Seattle for Mike with Bern. She has been wonderful. She handed them the keys to their new home yesterday. First thing, Mike called and invited me to meet him and Molly at the new house last night. It's a dream come true for them. It is the cutest, just the right size home, only 5 years old, 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 baths, 2-story. Small front and back yard which is perfect because I don't think Mike would like to spend his weekend mowing.

It's on a little cul-de-sac. Builder put up 9 homes. On his street - Apple Jack Lane, there's 4 houses on each side of the street. Last night I felt like I was on a movie set, it looked so cute.

They walked through grinning ear to ear and I could see how proud they are. The seller even called them to say she was leaving a crib and some baby clothes for them - turned out to be a closet full which will fit perfectly next summer.

This was so meant to be - Mike had looked at this house last year but said he decided against it because it was out in Kingston and being by himself, he thought he might not be happy there. Owners took it off the market because they had applied to adopt a foster baby they were caring for and were advised to stay in the house for a year. They even remembered Mike looking at it. Dreams do come true. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you. If only the world had more people like the Bader Bunch!!
I told Zizi when I spoke with her, you have all been on my mind with all the terrible things happening in the Middle East. I pray about that every day. God bless all of you.

About three years ago we asked Ray Bader of Coldwell Banker to manage our condo. At that time we knew only that Ray also owned a unit which he rented out in the same complex as ours and he and his family were real estate agents. We never had a face to face meeting; however, we gave instructions which were carried out by Ray without any problem in renting the condo after properly screening the tenants and remitting the rent to us promptly. We couldn't have done any better than Ray's management, actually his management was a 150% improvement from the last management company we worked with.
When we decided to sell the condo, Ray advised us very thoroughly on the various steps. The unit was sold within a few days for the asking price.
