I have purchased several homes and land in three different
states over the past 11 years and I can say without
hesitation that Ray and Linda Bader are the best real estate

just a couple hours. Even though our deal was very complex,

always returned our calls promptly. Carlos came to our home
for the open house and baked
lovely sweet rolls from scratch to entice buyers, his

About
three years ago we asked Ray Bader of Coldwell Banker to
manage our condo. At that time we knew only that Ray also
owned a unit which he rented out in the same complex as ours
and he and his family were real estate agents. We never had
a face to face meeting; however, we gave instructions which
were carried out by Ray without any problem in renting the
condo after properly screening the tenants and remitting the
rent to us promptly. We couldn't have done any better than
Ray's management, actually his management was a 150%
improvement from the last management company we worked with.
When we decided to sell the condo, Ray advised us very
thoroughly on the various steps. The unit was sold within a
few days for the asking price. All in all the service
provided by Ray and his associates were exemplary and we
